The Crystal Garden is a collection building in the Village. Constructed centuries ago by the Duchess’s ancestors, it has fallen into disrepair. Restoring its displays is one of the main objectives of The Home County.

Village goals and tokens

Village goals are viewed and scored at the notice board in the Crystal Garden’s main chamber. Each goal has three tiers; completing a tier grants tokens. Tokens can be spent at the Fountain, directly to the left of the notice board, on player, village and world upgrades.

Completing a collection also grants tokens. The 15 collections below award 180 tokens in total: 20 for each of the three fish displays and 10 for each other display.

Village traits

Spend tokens at the Fountain, to the left of the village-goal notice board, to buy these village traits and upgrades. Each trait has a token cost and grants the reward listed below. Some require a minimum village level; Upgrade Permit and Organised have no village-level requirement.

The complete set requires 94 different items and 123 items in total. Most displays need one of each item; the Beekeeper Display needs five of each product, Crafting needs two of each small material, and Shells & Fossils needs five Peat.

Planning your collections

  • Keep one of each listed crop, flower, forage item, fish and gem for the displays before selling your surplus.
  • Save five each of Honey, Sunny Honey, Beeswax, Candle and Resin for the Beekeeper Display. Sunny Honey requires a Heatwave.
  • Fish availability depends on location, weather and time of day; see Fishing and the individual fish pages.
  • The Crafting display needs one of each ingot, plus two each of Nails, Spare Parts, Screws, Glue and Rope.
