The Duchess

Sibilla Westbrook (sometimes called Sibby) is the Duchess of Westbrook House.

Appearance

Sibilla is a refined woman in her later years, always dressed elegantly in traditional attire. She often wears jewellery with precious stones and is usually seen carrying herself with quiet dignity, even as age and arthritis affect her movement.

Personality

Sibilla is thoughtful and analytical, often able to see through the facades of others. She has a love for gossip and home life, preferring the company of close circles. Her strengths lie in her sharp mind and ability to read people, though her arthritis limits her physically.

Background

Sibilla was born in Westbrook Manor, the Westbrook's family esate. When she was a girl, her father passed away, leaving her older brother to inherit the title of Lord Westbrook. Their mother, devastated, was cared for by Mortimer’s mother.

Sibilla was looked after by Mr. Mortimer’s mother until illness took her, prompting Mortimer to return home. They suspected the environment, particularly the water, and brought in ecologists to investigate.

Favourites

She enjoys herbal teas, fine wines, and all things related to the sea.
