Player House
The Player House is your home in the Village. You begin with a Tent and can upgrade it into an indoor home.
Upgrade Permit
Buy the Upgrade Permit at the Fountain in The Crystal Garden for 5 tokens before upgrading your home. The permit has no village-level requirement.

The Large Shack and Cottage upgrades require no additional building materials. The complete route costs 4,000 florens, plus the materials for the first upgrade and the separate token cost of the permit.
Using your home
Your shelter provides a bed for sleeping. The Tent has an outside chest; the upgraded homes have an interior that can be furnished and decorated. The Cottage also offers three exterior styles.
